Friends of Greenwich Point Ornaments

The 2024 ornament, twelfth in our annual Greenwich Point Ornament series, features a hand painted springtime scene of the Seaside Garden, featuring flowers and trees in full bloom looking toward the water.

The winner of our sixth FoGP holiday ornament photo contest that inspired this year’s ornament is Cynthia Ehlinger. Cynthia has been a Riverside resident for 35 years, drawn to the community with her husband Joe and son John in part due to the natural beauty and bird life at Greenwich Point Park. She retired from the Bruce Museum in 2019 and continues to volunteer with environmental groups and lead public bird walks on the first Sunday of each month at Greenwich Point.

Due to the popularity of last year’s ornament, we brought it back in limited quantities. The 2023 ornament features a hand painted autumn scene of the stone pillars, on the northern side of the park, featuring the horse and buggy many have seen on the roads of Old Greenwich and within Greenwich Point.

The ornaments are a limited edition for $25 each and come in a festive silk box, perfect for holiday gifts!

You may purchase the 2023 or 2024 by emailing us at info@friendsofgreenwichpoint.org. We will contact you to organize a pick up time and payment.
