Mindfulness Class
A Mindfulness Class at the Point with Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum
Come to the Point and awaken your senses with simple mindfulness practices.
Time in nature lifts your mood, calms your nervous system, and inspires awe. Friends of Greenwich Point is hosting three Mindfulness classes at Greenwich Point this spring. The first is Earth Day, April 22, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Innis Arden Cottage. The second and third are June 3 and June 10, from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The June classes will be held in the Seaside Garden. If it is raining on any of the class dates, we will meet at Innis Arden Cottage. We will post a sign at the Entry Gate if the location shifts to Innis Arden Cottage.
Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum, a local Mindfulness teacher, will lead the class to help you more fully appreciate nature and all the Point has to offer. You will learn a variety of introductory practices to befriend your breath, settle your mind, and enhance your experience of the beauty and sounds at the Point.
Register for the April 22 date through Eventbrite.
